Saturday March 17th 2012 Nottingham City will again be even greener! The annual St.Patrick's Day Parade will make its way from the Forest to the Market Square.This year the parade will be led by the County of Westmeath with Mary Greaney as Chief Marshall. The Chairman of Westmeath County Council, Cllr Mark Cooney, will also be present at the celebrations on March 17th.

There will be a free open air concert throughout the afternoon showcasing the best of Irish traditional music, song and dance.
